On the Road Again: Elkins and Augusta Heritage Irish/Celtic Week

Leaving today for Elkins to spend a week learning ballads, Irish singing and who knows what else? I'll still be posting while I'm away, catching up with all the great photos from the past week.

See you soon!

  3. Hey Granny Sue!

I hope you have a lot of fun! If you get a chance you should drive up to Davis and have some pizza at Sirianni's and some strawberry pizza for dessert! It is the best! And then swing by Blackwater Falls! We love that place!

  5. Lunch break right now. Just jumping on to catch up and to let you know that the first class session was outstanding--an overview of the history of Irish music. Fascinating and Robbie O'Connell, our teacher, is a real master. Find him on youtube--you'll be glad you did. I can't wait for the rest of the classes--and singing circle every night. Bliss.
