Stormy Weather

Can't post tonight due to this wild weather. I have to unplug the computer when lightning threatens--one hit was enough for me. That happened 2 or 3 years ago and took out the motherboard and the satellite modem. So, tomorrow night maybe the skies will settle enough for me to write a real post.

For now, check out my cousin's blog. John lives in England and just started blogging: By Star Good and Hanglands.

See you tomorrow, if the fates (and the skies) allow!

  1. We truly have been having some of the wildest weather I can remember! If anyone is interested in seeing the weather West Virginia is having right now they can go here http://www.wsaz.com/blogs/chrisbaileysblog/Severe_Weather_and_Heavy_Rain_Pattern_In_Control_120583474.html

The radar right now is just wild!
Stay safe Granny Sue! Don't drive through high water! And don't drive when it is storming with strong winds! We were out Saturday and got caught in a storm when we were on our mule. A tree branch fell right in front of us!

  2. Thanks for the mention, Sue. Hope your weather doesn't get too exciting. Take care now.

  3. Good grief, Angela--on your mule? That's a blog post I want to read.
We got caught in a terrible storm Saturday too, couldn't even see the road. If I get a chance I'll post the pics.

John, your blog is really something. My sisters and I all want your artwork :)

  4. It's been wild here in Southwest Virginia the past few days, as well. Even though we use Uninterrupted Power Supplies with circuit breaker power protection and a $10,000 damage protection guarantee we don't tempt fate and shut everything down when the horizon starts to flicker or thunder starts to rumble.
