[Continue to add Right foot, Left foot..stomping while you move arms up and down. Then add "Head up, Head down." Finally say "Turn around, Sit Down!"<br /><br />Any movement activities that involve "flying motion" tilting with arms out, or spinning around, will reproduce the effect that running has on the brain.
