I tried to take good notes while talking to the lady there in Jumping Branch but apparently got some things wrong. You have a fascinating history there, and I am very glad to have seen the place and to have learned something about it. I hope to go back someday and spend more time exploring. Any suggestions as to what I might want to see in the area?Granny Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01129064020727041161noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2634969979683449053.post-17696516927299920882017-10-18T12:07:27.477-04:002017-10-18T12:07:27.477-04:00Another interesting story involving Jumping Branch...Another interesting story involving Jumping Branch you may want to look into is the story of Shootin Bob Lilley who is buried in the Wick Lilly Cemetery in Jumping Branch. I would have to ask my mother about the actual history of the building. I know what my Great Grandmother told me as s young child is a little rusty, the old grey building across the road was my Great Uncles garage until he built one up behind the Blue Building.
