I've searched online but can find nothing about the plant, although it's possible the abandoned buildings are where the plant was located. Elk Oil Refinery was also on Reamer, I believe. <br /><br />Reamer Road runs along the Elk River, across from Rte 119. It's pretty and hidden from view, like a trip to a different time and place. I drove down Reamer once when I worked in Clendenin in 1992-1994, and always wanted to go back and take pictures.
