I bought it, my first husband and a friend with a truck and a winch moved the stones. They laid in a pile for 5 years, then I got divorced and married a brickmason ;) Not really the reason for the divorce though! Larry and my sons Derek and Aaron put the cellar back together at our place. It's been serving me well for almost 30 years.Granny Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01129064020727041161noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2634969979683449053.post-91702578671221699632015-10-30T00:48:58.263-04:002015-10-30T00:48:58.263-04:00I'm mystified. The owner told me it was built just before the Civil War and that the area where he lived was really divided in its loyalties. That, and having read about a little skirmish near my home during the war was the inspiration for the story.Granny Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01129064020727041161noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2634969979683449053.post-78182555451786047642015-10-29T19:09:08.877-04:002015-10-29T19:09:08.877-04:00I'm glad you enjoyed the story, Rowan! This seemed like a good time to dust it off.Granny Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01129064020727041161noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2634969979683449053.post-40987062145424108272015-10-29T18:35:40.150-04:002015-10-29T18:35:40.150-04:00Excellent.
