24 with new snow on top of the old, still on an inches or two. Warming trend begins today.
Finally out for a day, after sticking to home since last Thursday.
Did I mention here that we are finally maybe going to get high speed internet. The poor guys are installing cable in this weather.
Unfortunately a couple trucks are stuck out in a field. I guess it wasn't frozen as deep as they thought.
At the small watershed lake on our road, so.eone left their boat. No fishing today apparently as the lake is frozen over.
Feeding time for the cows! I bet they were glad to see the tractor coming.
Another neighbor's cows still wait for their hay. He keeps his herd in several places so is quite busy in this weather.
And so into town where the roads are all clear...and no cows await their feed.

Glad you could get out and about...seeing rural life around you as you headed to "town."
ReplyDeleteDrive safely! I sure hope those cattle got fed. My goats are eating almost twice as much hay in the cold spell we've been having - I'll have to try to get another load in before we get more snow here so the truck can get up my driveway.
