Rain and drizzle all day, with a high of 75. Very muggy, then rapidly cooling off this evening. Currently 54°f.
My Fall tea set. A dear friend gifted me this teapot, creamer and sugar bowl. It is so pretty, made in Japan with a peach glow luster and floral finish. It's unique in that there is an infuser attached by a little chain through the lid. The teacup, a Goodwill find, was made in England. The tray came with an auction lot; it's pewter, easier to maintain than silverplate.
Today was booth day, just our Ravenswood booth instead of both locations. It was a bit of a challenge to get there, because we arrived just as streets were being closed for the high school homecoming parade! Fortunately a nice young policeman allowed us to squeeze around the corner into a parking spot before the parade arrived. Whew.
Now we're home, and cozy by the fire with our dogs as the night closes in and temperatures drop. A nice end to a good day.

Love your fireplace...so warming and cosy.
