It rained all day today, lovely, lovely rain which we so needed. So I did not take any photos of flowers at all. However, I do have some to share that I took at my booth today.
Several items sold from the top shelf and the books recently, so I was able to add some new pieces, including a nicely shaped amethyst vase by Fenton.
The Hall gold dot casserole and bowl are new to the booth this week, along with the pretty pink candlestick lamp.
The "kitchen" shelves got some new spice jars (Griffiths), mod mugs, and some browntone restaurantware places.
I've added quite a few small kitchen utensils lately, and today brought in some cookie cuttters and a green-handled ladle.
From the outside looking in. Sales for the past month were good; I hope the trend continues because I certainly have plenty to sell. I hope to open another booth in the next two weeks, if I can find time and get help to move the shelves and totes. Larry is burning out on this adventure and isn't as willing to help, so I may need to find some other source of muscles in the future. I am still enjoying it as much as ever, though, and intend to keep on selling both in my booth and online. I think anyone bitten by this bug understands!

Wow Granny Sue! Your booth is great! Lots of goodies for people to choose from. Hope you get some muscles to help you open a second booth soon.
ReplyDeleteI know, one isn't enough. Mine morphed into 3 but they are all together. I theme each area differently (mostly). Happy to see some new pictures.
ReplyDeleteRained here all day too.
Love your booth. I understand about the lack of muscle--I have to pass up good furniture bargains sometimes because I have no one to help move it.
ReplyDeleteI want to drive up and check them out! They look great!
ReplyDeleteCathy, come up any time! Just let me know so we can get together :)
ReplyDeleteWell, having throwed off on Larry (mountain term) yesterday, today he was a trouper and helped me load many, many boxes from an auction. My word, did I find some nice stuff today! We spent the evening rearranging the storage area to make room. And I forgot to take photos! Shoot. Maybe I can get some tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteah, bless his heart -- and good that Larry came thru today. Will look forward to photos! Himself, my husband, just doesn't get it when it comes to antique, vintage or collectible. To him, it is just plain clutter. :(
ReplyDeleteI think a lot of people view it the same way, Nance. Larry likes it but doesn't understand my fascination. I'm going to try to manage more of it without him--and to do the auctions and sales without him too because he gets bored long before I'm ready to quit. Reckon I'll need to start driving his truck, or get a truck of my own :)
ReplyDeleteGlad that your venture is going well, you're brave to take on another booth though:)
