Skywatch West Virginia

39, cloudy, possibly more rain on the way.

      I was on my way home from town and had to snap. Fortunately, our roads are not busy, so I could stop in the road and take this one quickly.

      Blue hour. I have never heard of that, and yet I know exactly when it is, as I have taken photos at that time of day that turn out blue.
