29 again this morning, frost everywhere. We were out early with the hoses again, washing off the frost and hoping for the best. Everything looks good now, save one apple tree that has probably lost some of its future fruit.
Grandson Clayton is finally home from what was supposed to be a 6-month deployment with the US Navy in the Mediterranean. After several delays, the USS Philippine Sea is back in port. I hope it won't be long now before we will get to see Clayton again.
