It's true. In West Virginia you can be arrested for having too much gas.
Who would have thought in these times of gas shortages that a man would be hauled off to jail for having too much gas?
The ramifications for all of us are scary.

Oh My Goodness! I can't imagine anyone being so gutsy. Certainly he must have known he was in big trouble, Maybe he was just so intoxicated he didn't care. It's really a funny story.
