  2. Lovely autumnal photos - I'm so glad that web isn't in my garden if the owner is anything like the size of the web!

  3. Fabulous photos. Made me wistful of a dawn like that here in Texas. Alas, we're still stuck in summer.

  4. I love your picture of the spider web! For some reason I haven't seen a spider web at my house in quite some time. Wonder what's up with that???

    Happy Wordless Wednesday

  5. The mornings lately have been so beautiful, in an eerie, other-world way. I love driving through the fog, then seeing the misty sunlight ahead of me.

The spider web is that of a garden spider of course, and Rowan, yes they are rather large. But very useful because they take out so many bad bugs. Often the garden spider is brightly colored with orange stripes and some green but it seems to vary--maybe male/female? i haven't done any research about them so can't say.

  6. These are such beautiful shots (and such a busy spider). Definitely a feeling of the coming autumn in them already, but you can make me *like* fog, with these.

  8. Lovely pictures. Their webs are beautiful but those spiders scare me!
There's lots of them in my blackberry patch.
