39 and icy this morning but warming up fast.
We are close to ready for Christmas, I think. How about you?
No real baking planned for this year. Kinda makes me sad but in the past few years much of it has gone to waste, and anyway we don't need the calories. So no cookie fest here, and actually I'm okay with that.
We have 2 trees this year...well, three if you count the little silver one.
It's been a good holiday season for us so far, with the new baby, the family visits and enjoying the decorations and lights. I hope you are managing to avoid getting stressed and can just sink into the best of these days. With all the lights to brighten these darkest days of the year, it is really the most wonderful time of the year.
Loved all three of your trees, and the etagere with the beautiful glass pieces letting the light come through them!
ReplyDeleteI would love to find a little silver tree. We had a fairly large one when I was a child.
ReplyDeleteNo cookies here either & my son has developed an allergy to dairy this past year as well....so it will be a very simple meal.
