Marietta Booth Update

32 and sunny, but now in later afternoon it is colder, cloudy and showering.

A day of working on furniture again, as we get ready to take new items to our booths in Ravenswood. A lot of layaway furniture will be leaving the mall on Friday, so we need to take new things in. I'll have photos of the changes, I hope, over the weekend, but first here's a look at what we did in Marietta this past Monday:

These two tables have been patiently waiting for a moth for their chance to shine in one of our booths.

I really like this green color. I'm thinking of using it here in my house, somewhere. Maybe in the kitchen?

Shelves full of good stuff. I try to theme them a bit but don't get crazy with it. I think too perfect makes people afraid to take anything away.

I just love this lamp. It's been electrified, but that could easily be reversed if someone preferred it as an oil lamp.

I can see many places where I could be hanging more things on the pegboard, and there was also some empty places on the shelves, so I will need to bring more to stuff this space full.

Now, back to paint and wax. I'd much rather be here, visiting with all of you.

  1. Those table legs are a wonderful shade, they go so well with the top. Your booth is looking good, I hope you manage to find things to fill the spaces, it must be a continual task to keep it looking good.

  2. Lots of good items, they look nice. Hopefully you will be successful in selling a bunch of them. I imagine summer time will be better for getting tourists and more customers thus more sales. Enjoy your day.
