The more I find, the more fascinated I am at the variety of blogs. What I like best is the fact that people like me are writing them--not famous writers or celebrities, just housewives, farmers, mothers, students. It's a record of the lives of everyday people that probably has no equal in history.
When have we ever been able to share like this:
Bayouwoman takes us on a fishing trip on her bayou, and shares her pride and sorrow that her son is grown and on his own as a tugboat worker.
CityMouse/CountryHouse journals the adventures of restoring an old home in New York state while still living in the city.
English Country Walks posts about walking tours all over England with breathtaking photos.
